During this workshop you will discover techniques for finding stability in the shoulders and core to maintain a handstand in the center of the room. Building from arm balances that bring the correct awareness of the mind to the body, into inversions to play with different variations of the legs. While working the strength and flexibility to pursue the press into handstand. This workshop is open to all that have at minimum a 'kick up at the wall handstand' practice.

Teacher: Scott Amberson began his yoga journey after being deployed to Afghanistan with the United States Air Force for his second time. Life was difficult and stressful, so he began looking for ways to reduce his stress and yoga poses kept popping up in his internet search for stress reduction techniques. So one day while at the gym he decided to give a few poses a try that he could remember from photos. That was one of the first nights that he slept well in years. Yoga began to engulf his mind and he had found his calling. He loves sharing the joy of yoga to as many as I can and especially loves the challenge of inversions and arm balances. You can find him in Las Vegas, USA teaching yoga and enjoying the outdoors.
